Printing and using just the journals alone offers such a wide variety of projects. It’s fun to use the journals on top of layouts too, but printing them back and front allows you to bend them at their spine and use them as cards, coffee table eye candy or whatever your heart desires.
I am not a sketch artist at all, can’t draw, but that’s matters not! Just using your photos, patterned papers (resized on top of the journals), alpha sets and lots of digital elements is all you need to create spectacular art pieces to send as birthday cards, anniversary cards or whatever.
Simply create your inside journal in the PNG format then do the same with the front side, only decorating the right side of the journal with your front page (cover). Print both on your 81/2x11 paper so they will come out exactly in the same position. Now cut the journal out and, voila, you have a foldable card with a front and inside already done!
