DOWNLOAD QUESTIONS:
Downloads are available via BLUE
Download buttons right within the order process in the Order
Confirmation page (at top right of page). If you left that page or got
disconnected, you can return to re-download via the order confirmation
e-mail link in the e-mail sent to you after your order. Please see
the "NO BLUE Download Button(s)?" section in our tutorial on
ordering and downloading before
contacting us, as the tutorial should answer your questions.
At this time, we do not burn custom CDs
and we do not give refunds for downloadable products.
