Order Questions

Since 2003 we have used Yahoo Shopping e-commerce as our shopping engine, which uses 128-bit encryption to ensure secure ordering, as well as utilizing SSL. Yahoo is also our web host. Please note that is PCI DSS compliant, a payment card industry data security standard. You can feel safe ordering with!

Our products are download only, so if you are a new customer and are unsure how to download your order, please see the section below on Download Questions before contacting us. Our product descriptions state the size of the download zip file. We sell only digital downloads and not printed paper products. The shipping method you select during checkout only matters if you select custom CD burning as an item on your order.

Downloads are available via BLUE Download buttons immediately during the order process on the Order Confirmation page (at top right of page). Simply press the blue button to begin downloading the item. Repeat for each item.

Alternatively, you can come back to the Order Status page at any time and download the item. You can get to your Order Status page using the URL from your Order Confirmation email (your e-mail states, "You can always find out the current status of your order by going to: your order url). Check your spam if you did not receive this e-mail. You can copy and paste this URL into your web browser if your e-mail made it a non-clickable link.

Once you return to the Order Status page, Yahoo Shopping asks for verification that you are the purchaser by asking for your PayPal account or credit card number (depending on payment method), however, you are NOT charged again.

As you are not required to set up an account with us to place an order, your order confirmation e-mail is very important to keep track of your order history. Please keep it/them in a folder for future access. Check your spam if you did not receive an order confirmation e-mail.

Because of the nature of the product, we do not give refunds for downloadable graphics.

Custom CD Burning Service
On July 30, 2008 we added custom CD burning to our product line. If you are on dial-up, consider this as an option rather than trying to download our large files. Click here for more information.

Tips on sending support e-mails:

1. Always include a subject line. If you placed an order with us, please put "CottageArts Order enter your order number Inquiry" in the subject line.

2. If you have not heard from us within one business day, please re-send the e-mail, as it likely went into our spam or our reply to you did not arrive successfully.

3. If you have not heard from us after one more business day or want to talk to us in person, please give us a call at our office here (scroll down page). You can leave a voicemail if we are away from our desk or if it is after office hours, and we will return your call.
