It uses our fun canvas and easel from <a href=\"http:\/\/search.store.yahoo.net\/cottagearts-net\/cgi-bin\/nsearch?query=paint+it+red&amp;searchsubmit=Go&amp;vwcatalog=cottagearts-net&amp;.autodone=http%3A%2F%2Fcottagearts-net.stores.yahoo.net%2F\">Paint it Red,<\/a> plus the 3D easel shadow in the add-on pak.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">ngg_shortcode_1_placeholder<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">ngg_shortcode_2_placeholder<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the Layer Palette of all the layers that went into its creation in Photoshop Elements, as well as the Layer Blend modes used on each layer (Photoshop would have the same).<\/p>\n<p>Refer to this while working through the steps below. Click to enlarge.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">ngg_shortcode_3_placeholder<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Open the layered stack of stapled and folded papers from Faint Whispers (this is a flattened jpg).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Open Paper 01 in Off the Beaten Path 2<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Drag dock scene paper onto layered stack.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Using Move Tool position paper where desired on top of brown argyle paper<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Set Blend mode to Multiply at 80%<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Using soft eraser brush, erase edges to fit top paper<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Duplicate paper layer<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Set top paper layer to Screen blend mode at 20%<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Add easel from Paint it Red and Easel Shadow from the Add-On Pak<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Drag another copy of the dock scene paper<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Using Move Tool, resize and transform to conform to the shape of the canvas on the easel<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Clip to Easel (Ctrl-G, Command-G on a Mac) by grouping with previous (Layer&gt;Group with Previous)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">If desired take soft erase brush and erase on dock scene along canvas edge to give appearance of painting on the canvas. Experiment with different Natural Brushes that come with PSE or PS<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Experiment with blend modes. This collage contains two layers of the dock scene on the canvas; one set to Linear Burn, the other to Linear Burn at 40%<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Add Dream word art from Inspiration Scrap.Words. Set to Overlay<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Print.
