dedicated to the care of people with Alzheimer's and memory loss.
A description of these organizations and how we are donating to them

Harmony House -
CottageArts.net will donate $2.50 to Harmony House for each Simply
Moments CD sold between January 10, 2006 and March 10, 2006 on the
CottageArts.net website.
Between
October 2004 and January 2005,
CottageArts.net donated $2.50 to Harmony House for each Simply
Memories CD sold on the CottageArts.net website.
From October 18, 2003 -
January 31, 2004, 5% of our Internet sales were donated to Harmony
House.

Horizon Health believes that people have the right to choose quality healthcare within the communities they live. Harmony House is able to offer
this choice. It is a division of Horizon Health Inc., dedicated to providing care and nurturing to frail elderly and individuals experiencing memory loss.

Moments CD sold between January 10, 2006 and March 10, 2006 on the
CottageArts.net website.

Memories CD sold on the CottageArts.net website.
From October 18, 2003 -
January 31, 2004, 5% of our Internet sales were donated to Elim Care,
Inc.
These donations will be targeted to the
Special Care Unit
provided at the Elim Home facilities. For more information

A description of their special care unit can be seen below:
Elim Home Special Care Unit - Designed
to enable residents to maintain their highest functional level in a
safe, non-threatening environment. Elim is privileged to have
dedicated, highly trained staff to meet the needs of this very
special group of people.
- 26-bed unit for Alzheimer/Dementia
residents
- Therapeutic Recreation for 7 days per
week
