asked us a very good question...how to keep track of all the Simply
Digital graphics she has collected via CD or download. The CDs
and multitude of downloads are packed with so
many graphics that it can become hard to remember where a favorite
paper or embellishment might be.
In
most of our
Simply
Digital CDs, there is an 8.5x11 printable image catalog in PDF
format. An easy way to keep
track of what you have might be to print this out for each of your
CDs and place in a three ring binder. You can easily refer to your printouts when you want to find a
particular paper or embellishment for your layout or project.
The image catalog is accessible from the help.html file on the following CDs:
Simply
Moments, Simply Elegant Albums, Simply Celebrations, Simply School Days,
Simply Recreation, Simply Memories, Simply Kids, Simply Stated, Simply
Vintage, Simply Sampler
In our recent
download products, a graphic
containing the contents of the kit is included in the downloaded zip
file.
You can also refer to the CottageArts.net
store and look at the
View Contents section of each CD to see everything included.
Each download product has a graphic showing the elements and
papers included. Our
gallery
has a larger view of most everything in our store, as well.
Another viable
option for PC users is to use Windows XP's search function, if
you know you are looking for a specific kit name, paper, mat,
frame, brad, ribbon, or tag, as CottageArts.net tries to be
consistent and include these key words in the file names of our
graphics. You can isolate search words by using the *, such as
*frame* in the file name search field. This will result in any
file that has the word frame in it.
Each of us has a
method that we favor and are most comfortable using. We hope the
options we have offered assist all of our customers in how you manage and keep
track of your digital graphics collection.
